The MOVE TOGETHER Town Exhibitions will be held during the European Mobility Week in September 2009. The cities hosting the exhibitions will be selected through a tendering process. This will be organised by AICCRE in two phases: - a first phase will be launched in coincidence with the EU Mobility Week of September 2008, asking to the mobility week active municipalities to submit an expression of interest to host the Move Together exhibition in the Mobility Week of September 2009. Municipalities will be contacted and invited through the EU Mobility Week network, as well as with the support of the CEMR (Council of European Municipalities and Regions) sections. The submission of the expressions of interest will be closed by December 2008, in order to check the number of municipalities potentially interested to participate to the tendering process before the Move Together project review of January 2008.
- the tendering process will be then launched in a second phase, between March and May 2009, inviting to the tender the municipalities who already expressed an interest and other municipalities of the CEMR network, in order to gather a sufficient number of participants in the target countries.
