On next 7th December 2009 the Move Together project will celebrate the “Move Together Day”, by organizing the final conference “Better Mobility – Move Together towards a New Culture of Urban Mobility”. The conference will be co-organised with the European Economic and Social Committee in Brussels. The target audience will include EU policy makers (EESC, European Parliament, European Commission), EU stakeholders, representatives of the Move Together citizens panels and of the cities which organised Move Together events during the European Mobility Week of September 2009. The morning session at the conference will focus on the Move Together experience at local level with cities’ representatives and citizens taking the floor, while the afternoon session will be focusing on the EU level feedback (EESC, European Parliament, European Commission), in relation to the EU Urban Mobility Action plan.
